Big Bear Area 10 Year Residential Deed Recording History

Big Bear Deed Recordings YTD through February 2010 are down 11.6% from last year for the same period.  This is a small number considering the inventory is down to 624, close to 30% less than the approximately 900 units on the market last year at this time. Deed Recording Information for the Big Bear Area


This is the 10 year deed recording information for the Big Bear Area. The inventory of active listings in the Big Bear Area is now at 641, which is 30% lower than the number of active listings in February 2009 (917). This is just about a 8 month supply based upon 2009 deed recordings. We currently have 110 pending escrows and 114 sold YTD 2010 (Big Bear MLS). Out of the 114 sold, 62 of those (54%) were either bank owned or short sale and 52 resale or new.
